Hi! I’m Neha Thombre
Hi! I’m Neha Thombre—born and brought up in Pulgaon, Maharashtra. I’m an actress, stand-up comedian, YouTuber, and social media creator who believes in mixing humor with purpose. My creative journey took off during the 2020 lockdown when I started making short, funny videos that people connected with—thanks to their honesty, regional flavor, and a touch of sass!
You may know me as Thombrebai—a sharp-tongued, saree-clad Maharashtrian woman who talks about everything from rising prices to women’s rights. Through this character (and many others), I try to bring real issues into the spotlight while making people laugh.
My Journey So Far
Acting: I played a lead role in the Marathi film B.E. Rojgaar (2022) and have worked on short films and web projects.
Stand-Up Comedy: My solo show Ladki Bahin (March 2025) was a turning point—mixing personal stories, societal observations, and of course, lots of humor.
Content Creation: With nearly 100K YouTube subscribers and a growing Instagram family, I create videos that blend satire, Varhadi dialect, and social commentary.
Collaborations: From working with the Election Commission Maharashtra to supporting local creators and brands—I love using my platform to make a difference.
